Warranty Information
All of our wall beds and cabinet beds come with our Standard Wallbeds n' More warranty upon purchase. Additionally, Wallbeds n' More San Mateo offers the Guardsman Protection Plan at an additional, minimal cost.
Our Standard Wallbeds n More Warranty provides coverage on the wood on your wallbed purchase against material and manufacturing defects for one year. After 1 year, the customer will be responsible for any service call fees and parts covered 100%.
Your furniture purchase also comes with a Lifetime Warranty on your wallbed mechanism or piston from defect or use. This means Wallbeds n' More will happily repair or replace the mechanism parts!
Our Guardsman Protection Plan covers all the wood furniture we sell. It provides 5 years of accidental damage protection. Even if someone accidentally rams the vacuum into the base of the bed and it cracks, Guardsman will come out and repair it!
Additionally, if someone leaves a water glass on the wood material and it leaves a water ring, Guardsman will restore it. If for some reason the furniture cannot be repaired, it will be replaced under the Guardsman Protection Plan.
